Room upgrades should include actual balconies with furniture!!! More electric plugs would enhance convenience, and a minor touch-up on the bathrooms could vastly improve the shower experience.

My friends and I had an awesome time staying here! We loved the location—perfect for walking to the Duomo and the Uffizi Gallery. The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was a nice bonus. The rooms were clean and comfortable, which made our trip much more enjoyable. Definitely check this place out if you're looking for a fun group getaway!
One downside was that there wasn't a place for us to sit when a friend came to meet us. No one helped when we wanted coffee in the breakfast room, making us rush out to find a place to grab a drink, which was frustrating.

The location is great just a short walk from the train station and the city's main sights. Staff were helpful, we had this nice balcony view over the courtyard, it was peaceful and good air-conditioning came in handy during the heat.
Sure, it wasn't exactly a bargain but for what you get, it feels acceptable.

Great Location and Friendly Staff
I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay with a spacious room and a comfortable bed that helped us feel relaxed after exploring. The location was perfect—close to the train station and the city center, making it easy to get around and see all the sights. The breakfast was a highlight with a wonderful selection, especially the espresso! However, it would be nice to have a bit more seating in the breakfast area for guests.
