The location of Hotel Palazzo Vecchio was perfect for exploring the city. I was able to easily walk to the train station and the city center. Plus, the hotel had a convenient car parking option, which was a big bonus for me.

This hotel is excellent value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious with good size bathrooms. I especially appreciated the excellent lighting in the bathroom. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Santa Maria Novella's Church at the rail station.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right near the train station. It's so convenient for exploring the city, and Santa Maria Novella's Church is just a short walk away. The staff here are really friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms are nice and clean, with comfortable beds and a balcony to enjoy the view. Plus, the breakfast is great, with delicious cappuccinos made on the spot.
The only downside was that the rooms could be a bit chilly at night due to non-functional heating. However, overall, everything was okay.

The breakfast buffet had decent coffee and fresh croissants. The location was great, close to the train station and easy to walk to the city center. The view from the balcony was also a nice surprise.
The room was outdated and felt dirty, with stained carpets and an old, uncomfortable bed. The bathroom was cramped and the shower had weak water pressure.
